DIGITAL PRODUCT REFUND POLICY

All products sold by Zalo4all are digital downloads or digital template access products. No physical item will be shipped.

Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned, purchases are generally non-refundable once the download or access link has been provided. Please read the product description carefully before purchasing.

If a file is damaged, incomplete, inaccessible, or materially different from its description, please contact us with your order number. We will make reasonable efforts to repair the file, provide a replacement, or offer another appropriate solution.

Duplicate or accidental purchases may be reviewed individually if you contact us promptly and before downloading or accessing the product.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply under applicable law.
