DIGITAL DELIVERY POLICY

Zalo4all sells digital products only. No physical products will be shipped, and no shipping charges should apply.

After successful payment, customers receive access to their purchased files or access instructions electronically through the order confirmation and the digital-download delivery system.

Delivery is normally immediate. However, email delivery or payment processing may occasionally be delayed. Please check your spam or promotions folder and make sure the email address entered during checkout is correct.

If you do not receive your files or access instructions within a reasonable time, please contact us with your order number and the email address used during checkout so we can assist you.
