What will I receive?

You will receive a digital file or a PDF containing access instructions for the editable Canva templates shown in the product listing. No physical item will be shipped.

How do I download my purchase?

After successful payment, Shopify will provide access to the digital download. You will also receive an order confirmation at the email address used during checkout.

Do I need a Canva Pro account?

Most editable templates can be used with a free Canva account. If a specific product uses Pro elements, this will be stated clearly in its product description.

Can I print the files?

Yes. Printable products are designed for home printing or a professional print shop. Colors can vary slightly between screens and printers.

Can I edit the templates?

Canva template products allow you to edit text, colors, fonts and many layout elements. Printable PDF products are supplied as described on their product page.

Are these physical products?

No. Zalo4all sells digital products only. Nothing will be shipped and no shipping fee is charged.

Can I return a digital product?

Because digital products are delivered instantly, purchases are generally non-refundable. If you experience a technical issue or receive the wrong file, please contact us so we can help.

Can I use the files commercially?

Usage rights depend on the individual product. Please review the product description and included license information before commercial use. Files and templates may not be resold, shared or redistributed as-is.
